Why hire a coach? I’m already quite knowledgeable about BRM?
I’ll share a personal experience. I’m a USA Triathlon Certified Coach (USAT) and a nationally certified personal coach. Then you might ask, “why do I meet with a personal coach 3x a week?” I’m already an expert. I could easily build out my annual training plan, write out my daily workouts, and map my nutrition to the calories consumed and burned to achieve my fitness goals.
You’re right. I could absolutely do that. So why do I have a coach?
I have a coach to keep me accountable. These sessions validate that I’m performing the exercises with near-perfect form. In addition, the sessions ensure that I make time to stretch and allow my body to warm up and cool down properly.
